Well here is the answer: WORDY is a Motion Graphics Template (MOGRT) developed in After Effects, designed for Premiere Pro to allow you to get the smoother animations that After Effects offers, without ever having to open it up. Everything is editable directly within Premiere Pro’s Essential Graphics window.

Note: This requires the latest version of Premiere Pro CC 2020 to function. You will need to have After Effects installed on your workstation as well. You don't have to know how to use it, and you won't even need to open it. it just needs to be installed for the templates to work.
